Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account keeps your order history and delivery address to hand, and is how pre-order updates reach you.
What does “pre-order” mean?
The set has not been released yet. You can order now and we dispatch as soon as stock reaches us, which is usually on or shortly after the release date shown on the product. Pre-orders are charged at the time of ordering.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not been dispatched, yes – contact us as soon as you can and we will sort it. Once it is with the courier you can still return it under the cancellation right explained on our Returns page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Tracked delivery is typically 2-3 working days. Full detail is on the Delivery page.
