How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept your order. A contract comes into being only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.
We may decline an order – for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was wrong, or where we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total payable for the goods. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is shown on your receipt. Delivery is charged separately and shown in full at checkout before you pay.
We take care to price accurately, but errors happen. Where an item is obviously mispriced and the error would have been apparent to you, we are not obliged to supply it at that price; we will contact you before proceeding.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items are charged when you order. Release dates are set by publishers and can move. If a release is delayed we will tell you; if it is cancelled we refund you in full. Your right to cancel a pre-order is unaffected.
Stock and product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Manufacturer artwork and packaging change without notice, and product images are for illustration.
Trademarks
Vetted Vault is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, Fantasy Flight Games, or Disney/Lucasfilm. Pokémon, Star Wars and all related names, logos and images are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to identify genuine products for sale.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our cancellation and returns process is set out on the Returns page.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
