Where we deliver
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Cost
- Tracked delivery: charged at the rate shown at checkout.
- Free delivery on orders over £50.
Delivery charges are shown in full at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added after that point.
Dispatch and timescales
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day.
Tracked delivery usually arrives within 2-3 working days of dispatch. You will receive tracking details by email when your order leaves us.
At the latest, your order will arrive within 14 days of dispatch. In practice it is almost always the 2-3 working days above; this is the outer limit we commit to, not what to expect.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items are dispatched as soon as stock reaches us, which is normally on or shortly after the release date shown on the product page. Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we hold the order until everything is available.
How we pack
Sealed product is packed in rigid boxes with additional packing materials.
If your order does not arrive
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it with the courier.
